industry. Even though we may have been harmed, we have a duty to help protect
our fellow consumers so they don't suffer what we have! Here are three great

Home Story" web page, (2) HADD's "Builder Complaint Form" web page, and (3) the
Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) "Consumer Complaint Form." Let others know what
